Broadcast hybrid cable, assembled and tested in one place
Digilight focuses on broadcast hybrid transmission cable: SMPTE-311M hybrid fiber and power cable, terminated with LEMO 3K.93C.Y connectors into finished assemblies for OB vans, field production and live broadcast systems.
What we do
We supply the cable and the connector as one product. Hybrid cable is terminated in-house, tested on the bench and delivered with documentation that matches the serial number on the assembly.
Our work is limited to broadcast hybrid transmission cable. We do not supply stage lighting or LED lighting equipment, and we do not design fixed building electrical installations.
Orders are built to the customer drawing: overall length, jacket, meter marking, connector mix and breakout layout are agreed before production starts.

Capabilities
Cable supply
SMPTE-311M hybrid cable in bulk drums or cut to the ordered length, with jacket and marking options.
Termination and test
Connector assembly, polishing, interferometer inspection, IL/RL, hipot and continuity testing on every finished cable.
Custom engineering
Breakout assemblies, pigtails, reel builds and label schemes produced against a customer drawing.
Compliance and documents
Each shipment includes traceable batch documents. Connector COC is lot-based; interferometer testing is performed after termination and recorded per assembly.
Intended use
Temporary mobile installation for broadcast production. Not designed for fixed building electrical installation.
